Implementation & customisation
Implementation project — included in your package
Our professional services team handles deployment, configuration, and integration into your process. Scope by tier:
- › S (Pilot): 10 man-days — basic setup, single department rollout
- › M (Standard): 20 man-days — full configuration, multi-team integration, go-live
- › L (Enterprise): 50 man-days — complex rollout, multiple departments, SSO, custom workflows
Custom development — CAPEX or OPEX
Beyond standard implementation, you choose the commercial model:
- ›CAPEX: One-off project, fixed scope, separate proposal. Your annual package price unchanged.
- ›OPEX: Roll the scope into your annual package. One total price, no separate investment.
